Their website is in classic tones of cream, soft blue, and charcoal grey, and features layered animations and video backgrounds to give an immersive feeling. Everything is carefully curated, and the images are hand picked to showcase what they can do, and give visual support for the copy. (Written by the amazing @ochreandbeige)

Lust Display is one of my favorite typefaces! I think it's absolutely stunning and glamorous and renders very well in large sizes. (It is a display font, after all.)

Being an OpenType font, it also gives you so many glyph options that can be accessed if you have an OpenType aware application, like Illustrator or Photoshop.

Positype is one of the font foundries I follow. My other favorite from them is called Scotch. Will feature that soon!

Something I've been thinking about lately: there's so much more to customer experience management than merely setting expectations and delivering what you promised.

If you want to find out how to best manage customer experience, you have to first understand your customers. Really get to know them. You know who does this well? @hautestockco - no matter how big the company has grown, they regularly send out surveys to get an insight into what their members need and want, and then they adapt accordingly.

Good customer service isn't enough, you have to establish and strengthen relationships. A happy customer is a loyal customer.

What was your best customer experience ever? I think mine is with Cartier. Not only are their staff very helpful, they also send handwritten thank you cards after a transaction. It makes me feel special.

It's really simple. Care about your clients and customers, treat everyone with kindness and compassion, don't forget that you are talking to people who have their own struggles. Provide value without always expecting something in return.

Thought about this quote on my way home after a lovely long lunch with @zebrajojophotography She's a great example of a business owner who really cares about her clients.
